You will learn breathing techniques and poses that prepare you not only for birth but for the challenges of motherhood as well. Our classes are designed to help you build strength and endurance, increase flexibility and energy, improve balance and circulation, and deepen relaxation. Prenatal yoga also helps to alleviate many common discomforts associated with pregnancy. Through regular practice, you will develop trust and confidence in your body that will help carry you through the birthing process.
