Congratulations! Whether this is your first baby or your second or third, prenatal yoga can support you as your body changes.
Currently we do not have any prenatal yoga classes on the schedule. However the following virtual yoga classes are prenatal-friendly:
MONDAYS: All Levels Slow Flow with Lauren Banister, Noon-1:00 PM
WEDNESDAYS: Slow Mindful Flow with Mary Beth Ray at 4:30-5:45 PM
THURSDAYS: Slow Flow with Lauren Banister, Mondays at 7:00-8:15 PM
FRIDAYS: Slow Mindful Flow with Lauren Banister, 9:30-10:30 AM
SUNDAYS: Slow Mindful Flow with Gillian Hull, 9:30-10:45 AM
