Congratulations! Whether this is your first baby or your second or third, prenatal yoga can support you as your body changes.

Currently we do not have any prenatal yoga classes on the schedule. However the following virtual yoga classes are prenatal-friendly:

  • MONDAYSAll Levels Slow Flow with Lauren Banister, Noon-1:00 PM

  • WEDNESDAYSSlow Mindful Flow with Mary Beth Ray at 4:30-5:45 PM

  • THURSDAYSSlow Flow with Lauren Banister, Mondays at 7:00-8:15 PM

  • FRIDAYSSlow Mindful Flow with Lauren Banister, 9:30-10:30 AM

  • SUNDAYS​Slow Mindful Flow with Gillian Hull, 9:30-10:45 AM
