This 3-part introductory meditation series provides a foundation for starting a meditation practice. It offers basic practices that uses the breath as an anchor for mindfulness meditation. This series is for beginners and also for practitioners who would like to return to foundations.
Finding Balance: The Chakras
In 5 classes, explore practices and techniques to bring balance and vitality to the 7 key energy centers in the subtle body. Each class includes mantra, mudra, and asana.

Pranayama & Meditation Practices
In this program, you will receive four short pranayama (breath) and meditation practices; and one full Slow Flow yoga practice focused on preparing for pranayama and meditation.
Yamas & Niyamas
A 10-part series of short slow flow practices to explore the yamas (the first limb of yoga) and the niyamas (the second limb of yoga). The niyamas represent your relationship to yourself, while the yamas focus on your relationship to the outside world. Each practice provides an introduction to these concepts by using mat-based experiences as a starting point for taking these concepts into daily life.
In-Person Teacher Training
